Skin by Sarah is a busy clinic and we suggest booking appointments at least four weeks’ in advance. Unfortunately when clients cancel at the last minute, we often don’t have time to fill the spot, meaning someone else misses out.
To ensure we can accommodate all of our beautiful clients and deliver timely services without a long waitlist, we have now developed standard terms and conditions on booking new appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations. This will ensure that we keep our schedule nice and full and can fit everyone in.
Please carefully read the below before booking your next appointment or purchasing our gift vouchers and skin care.
These terms and conditions have been developed to ensure our small business continues to operate as efficiently as possible and we can accommodate all requests for bookings.
Booking Appointments
When booking a treatment at Skin by Sarah, a 30% deposit will be required with the balance paid on the day of treatment. All new bookings will be confirmed via email.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance through our online booking system. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
We offer bookings to regular clients up to 12 months in advance. At your next appointment, Sarah can pre-book you in for your treatments and reserve your spot in our busy schedule.
If you are booking with a gift voucher, you can enter your gift voucher code at checkout. For vouchers without an e-code, please email sarah@skinbysarah.com.au to book your appointment.
Attending Your Appointment
Access to the treatment studio is around the right side of the house. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive, and Sarah will escort you through when she is ready.
Please do not ring the doorbell any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment, so as not to disturb the client before you. If you do arrive early, please wait in your car.
Rescheduling Appointments
Changes to existing bookings are accepted up to 48 hours in advance.
If you would like to reschedule, please click on the link in your confirmation email and you may reschedule your appointment in our calendar.
We ask that you reschedule through the online booking system rather than sending us an email or message, where possible.
If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the booking, you will forfeit your 30% deposit. Therefore, if you feel there is a chance you will not make your appointment due to health, work or family reasons, please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Please cancel through the link in your confirmation email.
We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment so we can fill the spot and another client doesn’t miss out.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the booking, you will forfeit your 30% deposit. If you cancel prior to the 48 hr period your deposit will be reverted to a credit on your account. Deposits are not refundable.
If you do not cancel your appointment, and are a no show on the day, you will forfeit the 30% deposit and we will require the full treatment paid for in advance for your next booking.
Skin by Sarah reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
Running Late?
If you are running late to your appointment, please send a text message to 0408 934 351 as a courtesy so we know you are on your way. Sarah will do her best to accommodate your full appointment time, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer your full spectrum of services if we have a full schedule and another appointment directly after yours.
Feeling Unwell?
Sarah works in close proximity of all clients. Therefore, to maintain health and safety standards for clients, and ensure a hygienic environment, it’s important that clients do not attend sessions if they are unwell.
If you have cold or flu symptoms, are recovering from sickness, or are feeling unwell, please notify Sarah as early as possible to reschedule your session.
We are unable to proceed with a session if the client is showing symptoms such as blocked sinuses or runny nose as this poses a high risk of being passed on.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for our products and services can be purchased online here. They are available in dollar value ($50, $100, $150, $200, $250), or you can choose to gift one of our signature treatments or packages.
Vouchers will be delivered via email with a redeemable unique voucher code.
Vouchers for a value of over $250 can be arranged. Please email sarah@skinbysarah.com.au to organise your voucher.
If you would like to redeem your gift voucher on our treatment services, you can book online here and enter your voucher code. If you have a voucher with no e-code, please email sarah@skinbysarah.com.au to book.
If you would like to redeem your gift voucher on our products, you may do so when you come in for treatment, or you can email sarah@skinbysarah.com.au with your voucher code and products you would like to purchase.
